Keith W. Sinner is the Chief Technology Officer for Consult-Train-Coach, LLC. He is a experienced technology executive and former federal CIO with 20+ years leading digital transformation, cloud adoption and organizational change across federal, DoD and state agencies. As a Gartner Executive Partner, he advised and trained C‑suite leaders and staff on strategy, Cloud, AI governance, and developing innovation labs. He trained staff and leaders on data management, cost‑optimization programs, IT modernizations (DevOps, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), and Cybersecurity (NIST/FISMA/FedRAMP controls). Based in Darnestown, MD, he holds a BS in Computer Science and maintains a Top-Secret clearance.
Keith spent 6+ years as an Executive Partner with Gartner’s Enterprise IT Leaders program. In that capacity, he provided executive support, technical advice, insight and coaching to CIOs, CTOs and Senior Executives. Keith worked with Enterprise IT leaders to maximize the value of IT investment and leverage those investments to drive effective transformation, innovation, and culture.
Previously, as an Executive for a scientific and technical federal agency, he provided technical solutions for other agencies, hosted their information on his secure platforms and advised them on their use of current technical and strategic resources to meet mission-critical goals. He was a trusted advisor to over 30 federal entities and Cabinet-level decision-makers. Keith was an early adopter and innovator of web-enabled government services and an enterprise approach to information technology. He was the first to use e-commerce and an “Amazon” approach within the government. He was also the catalyst and architect of the first government-owned COTS learning management system, working with industry contributors through government-private joint ventures.
Heather DeLand is an Associate Instructor and Facilitator for Consult-Train-Coach, LLC and the Coach Certification Training Academy. She brings many years of experience as a Director of Training and instructor. She is adept and experienced in client experience and customer service. As a Certified Professional Coach, she is well-versed in coaching concepts, methodologies and the requirements of the International Coaching Federation (ICF.) She provides a high level of competency to all CTC and CCTA clients and students, providing a wealth of knowledge and years of experience. In addition to her ability to represent the organization with clients, students and prospective partners, she serves as the point of contact and program manager for both organizations. She is a Certified Professional Coach as well as a Certified Everything DiSC Facilitator.
Margy Eisenberg is an engaging, result-driven instructor, instrumental in developing and delivering training for a variety of organizations at all levels from new employees to C-suite. Margy has more than 15 years of experience as a Coach. Her niches are Executive, Career Transition, and Relationship Coaching. Margy has successfully provided training and coaching to thousands of employees at all levels. Her clients, among others, are the Defense Logistics Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, the Anne Arundel County Maryland School District. Margy has created an award-winning course, “Don’t Bring Doughnuts to Work, Bring JUICE (Joy, Unity, Integrity, Inspiration, Courage, Commitment, and Empathy) designed to enhance employee engagement, while significantly improving productivity and morale. Margy has joined CCTA after a successful career as CEO of her own coaching and consulting company, which followed 28-year career in the Federal government in the Senior Executive Service (SES). Under her leadership, her staff won two Emmy awards for public service announcements and an award winning e-newsletter that won numerous awards. Margy is also noted for her work on Capitol Hill. For a period, she directed legislative staff and was the liaison for her agency to members of Congress and the Senate. One of the pieces of landmark legislation she facilitated impacts every American in the workforce…on an annual basis, every worker who receives their personalized Social Security Statement.
